2. What data we collect
- Brand enquiries: name, work email, company or website, campaign budget range and the goals you describe.
- Creator applications: name, email, channel or profile link, main platform, audience size and the description of your content.
- Call bookings: if you book a call, the scheduling tool (Calendly) collects the details you enter there.
- Technical data: approximate country and city derived from your IP address, browser type, the page where you sent the form and how you arrived (referrer and campaign parameters).
- Direct messages: the information you share if you write to us by email or WhatsApp.
3. Why we use it and legal basis
- To answer your request, prepare proposals and manage the relationship before and during a contract (performance of pre-contractual measures and contract).
- To review creator applications and contact you about matching campaigns (your request / legitimate interest).
- To keep the website secure, prevent spam and understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries (legitimate interest).
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decisions with legal effects.
4. Who processes it for us
We use trusted providers that act on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and secure storage of form submissions), Calendly (call scheduling), Google Workspace (email) and WhatsApp/Meta when you choose to contact us there. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application data for as long as needed to handle your request and our relationship, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete it earlier.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising cookies. To know how you found us, it stores the source of your first visit (for example a campaign link) in your browser’s local storage and sends it only if you submit a form. If you open the booking calendar, Calendly may set its own cookies.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability of your data or object to its processing by writing to contacto@iconxagency.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
