In short: there is no standard price list. A sponsored YouTube video can start around $60 for small channels and reach $2,500–$9,000 for micro-influencers; commissions of 10–20% on sales are common; usage rights for ads add 25–50%. The final budget depends on the creators, deliverables, rights and management you need.

How to read this: HypeAuditor’s report analyses 13.1 million YouTube accounts. impact.com sells partnership software and bases its figures on its programs team’s rate cards. ValueYourNetwork and WebFX are agencies publishing their own benchmarks. Many widely shared price lists online do not publish their method, so we left them out.
What moves the price
- Platform and format. A YouTube integration, a dedicated video, Shorts, an Instagram Reel or a TikTok are priced differently.
- Real reach. Recent views and engagement matter more than follower count.
- Niche. Audiences with high purchase intent — finance, tech, beauty, B2B — usually cost more.
- Usage rights. Reusing the content in your ads or website adds to the fee, more for longer periods and more platforms.
- Exclusivity. Asking a creator not to work with competitors for a period raises the price.
- Deliverables and timing. More videos, extra revisions or tight deadlines increase the cost.
- Management. Creator search, negotiation, scripts, approvals and reporting take time — in-house or through an agency.
How agencies charge
The most common models are a monthly retainer, a commission on creator spend or a fixed price per campaign, sometimes combined. In Spain, agencies are the norm: 97% of brands run their influencer campaigns through one, according to Scopen’s Influence Marketing Scope 2025 (284 interviews).

Frequently asked questions
How much does a YouTube sponsorship cost?
It depends on views, audience and deliverables. Market sources put small channels from around $60 per sponsored video and micro-influencers at $2,500–$9,000.
Is an integration cheaper than a dedicated video?
Usually, because it takes less of the video. We found no public study with a reliable multiple, so treat any fixed ratio you see online with caution.
Can I pay only for results?
Pure pay-per-result is rare with established creators. A flat fee plus a commission on sales is a common middle ground.
